This intensive four-day program provides an overview of the financial dynamics of a dealership, the key drivers of profitability and the financial interrelationship between dealership departments.
The Academy takes a detailed look at each of the departments – New and Used Cars, Parts, Service and F&I - and their key profitability drivers.
The course is heavily focused on operational strategies to achieve these profit targets.
Understanding of these concepts is consolidated using case study activities where participants work in small groups on their specific dealership case study.
This course is for Dealer Principals, Financial Controllers, General Managers, Sales Managers, Aftersales Managers and those earmarked in succession plans.
