Income

Finance income - New

Income earned as a result of writing finance contracts for new vehicles (net of any rebates for early payouts)

Finance income - Used

Income earned as a result of writing finance contracts for used vehicles (net of any rebates for early payouts)

Finance income - Other

Finance income earned separate to new and used vehicle sales 

Insurance income - Other

Insurance income earned separate to new and used vehicle sales

Incentive Income

Any finance bonuses received such as a NAF bonus

Total income

Automatic calculation totalling the income lines above

 

Expenses

Commission (new vehicles)

Commissions, incentives and bonuses paid to F&I staff as a result of writing new vehicle finance contracts

Commission (used vehicles)

Commissions, incentives and bonuses paid to F&I staff as a result of writing used vehicle finance contracts

Salaries

All wages paid to or accrued for direct F&I staff (e.g. retainers, managers salary)

    • NB: any remuneration paid to aftermarket sales consultants should be included in the vehicle departments and not here in the F&I department

Sick/holiday pay

Sick and annual leave entitlements paid to all F&I department staff

Training

Training expense for F&I department staff

Other F&I related expenses

All other costs directly attributable to the department e.g. company vehicles, advertising etc.

Total departmental expenses

Automatic calculation totalling the expense lines above
